I am missing NTDLL.dll file. Cannot open Windows IE.
Can use Chrome and Firefox and computer, but I was told this is a CRITICAL FILE for windows and to do a system restore via Windows.
Using Windows 7, started to do a restore and noticed that on JULY 5 AVAST free created a system restore point, which is When my Problems began.
How can I REMOVE the restore point that AVAST created?

See if this solves it:
start > run > sfc /scannow

Thanx, I tried that and it did not solve the problem

Perform a rollback prior to 5th july.
