Why didn’t Avast protect me from the rogue VistaAntiviurs 2012?
I even had the latest program version and update.
Why did Avast let me down? ???

Those rogue anti-viruses change at an alarming rate and it’s impossible for ANY anti-virus to keep up with that.
Anti-Viruses do not provide 100% detection rates, it’s impossible.
Using a modern fully updated browser and Malwarebytes (on-demand) will decrease your chance of picking up something nasty by a long shot!
