Am a subscriber since 2013. All these years my subscription was renewed automatically every year. But the scheduled renewal on 28 June 2026 was not renewed by Avast! What could be the problem?
I contacted Avast and this is my support ticket:

Ask your bank. If the Google screenshot is correct, they declined the transaction.
It is also, to put it mildly, very out of character for Avast to not automatically renew a subscription if they at all can.
But that reply was from Google, not Avast.
