Avast disables I suppose is a malware i cant remove

Hi, I’m having problems with a computer that runs win 7 32bits. Time to time the Avast free edition gets disabled, and the computer gets a lot of virus. I cleaned it using Panda Safe CD, SuperAntiSpyware, ComboFix and of course Avast. But in a matter of 1 or 2 days the same problem appears.
I’ve recently updated and registered the latest version of Avast free edition.
I’ve heard that is a malware, but anything i’ve tried solved the problem.
Any ideas how to remove it ?
