There are other options given when a virus is detected, Repair not available for most detections as this is for true virus infection of another file not the file which has no other content than the virus/trojan. Delete isn’t a good first option as you have none left, by far the best option is to move to the chest and investigate.
No the avast 4 Home/Pro is not a server anti-virus solution, you would need the server version of avast, more expensive than the avast Pro version.
What help do you need, you don’t mention it ?

What Operating System are you using ? is it up to date ?
What avast! version and VPS file (virus database) number, e.g. 0630-2 (see about avast!) ?
What is the infected file name, where was it found e.g. (C:\windows\system32\infected-file-name.xxx) ?
What actions have you taken to try and resolve the problem ?
