Avast does not clear the virus Recycle Bin

I have a Premier license and Avast Avast does not detect and obviously not clean.

This virus creates folders with this format (S-1-5-21-1827119441-1547695689-1459426021-1003).

Is there any solution to this problem? >:( >:( >:(
