I have just paid for and downloaded Avast Pro. The pc rebooted but there is no Aast icon on my desk top nor does it show up as an installed program in my Control Panel.
However, searching for it in the Search Programs and files box it shows up in my Videos library of all places!
I thought of re-installing it but the website will not letme install th ePro version again without paying another fee.
Can anyone help?

what AV did you use before avast?
did you uninstall it before installing avast?
did you run the vendors removal tool to clear any leftover files?
