Avast doesn't block/delete email

Hi
I use thunderbird with an imap account
avast doesn’t delete/mark attachments with virus, but if I save/open them, then avast correctly block them
but I’d like to block the email BEFORE I receive / open it, because some other users of my company are in the same situation and they are not so careful like me

To get the ball rolling, can you please confirm in the Cloud Console settings template for your workstation;
the Mail Shield is enabled, Scan inbound mail (POP3, IMAP4) is enabled, and Scan SSL connections is enabled.
