Avast doesn't recognize that i have Avast on my phone

I have Avast mobile security, back up, and anti theft. they’re all working on my phone and connected to my account. but when i go on Avast from my computer, either through the Avast program or through a browser it tells me to install all the apps that are up and running on my phone already.

and are you sure your avast! on PC is linked to the exact same avast! Account the mobile apps are?

My boyfriend & I are having the same issue. I was looking at my account online earlier in the day, but less than an hour later it was telling me I need to install anti-theft, but my device was listed as secure. When he checked his it was the same. Both are fine on the phone end.

I get the same thing from Backup. Security Info & Activity Log tabs will not load at all.
