avast doesn't run

After installation Avast doesn’t run – I tried 4 times – something is wrong:

it hasn’t shortcut - why ???

Note that ashAvast.exe (to which the shortcut link) is not available on
Avats4 directory. It is hard to say why. Maybe you removed it by mistake?

I suggest to reinstall it again.

I didn’t delete it - I reinstall that 4 times - always is that same mistake - no shortcut.

Some infections could avoid correct installation of antivirus.
Can you run ashSimp2.exe and try to use the skinless version to see if you’re clean?
Also, post the last 100-150 files of avast log: C:\Program Files\Alwil Software\Avast4\DATA\log\Setup.log
