avast doesnt want to reply to my refund request

I have been charged 49.99$ (avast cleanup) for a bad service and I’m unsatisfied that basically does nothing I have clicked the cancel auto subscription yet It wont let me it keep saying something about not responding or having an issue. it stated that avast needs 10 business days to refund yet its been 21 days with no respond at all and I cant even find a phone number to call and discuss or complain about it.

Refunds are dealt with on the support ticket system - there is a support telephone number but that is handled by a 3rd party company and they don’t have access to order or payment information.
