One continuous loop of ‘NOTHING’ …might as well talk to the wall. Email response is 24 hours and then it’s a redundant question back to me. That is useless and so is their software. Set up an email request to their billing and have received NOTHING back in any form of communication. Never, ever, ever again.

The phone support is handled by a third party and only handles a few things for a price.
