update took my machine down. There is NO help available. Phone - no one answers? States to refer to your email for your order yet that is the same phone number. One continuous loop of ‘NOTHING’ …might as well talk to the wall. Email response is 24 hours and then it’s a redundant question back to me. That is useless and so is their software. Set up an email request to their billing and have received NOTHING back in any form of communication. Never, ever, ever again.

What exact avast version ?
What is the exact problem (or problems) you are having ?

A email and phone number are two entirely different things.

The phone support is handled by a third party and only handles a few things for a price.

Set up an email request to their billing and have received NOTHING back in any form of communication.
