not sure if this is a proper place to ask for help with this, but I couldn’t find any mentions of the issue I’m facing.
I’m using Avast Email Security on Exchange 2013 Edge server and my problem is that I have enabled the feature to add outgoing emails to the white-list, but I believe Avast is adding incoming emails to the white-list. Sounds like it is mistaken in terms who is internal and external. After day or two from cleaning up the white-list it is again populated with many obviously spam senders. The problem I’m facing happens only on one Edge server, but I’m not sure where to look for it. For the time being I’ve disabled adding outgoing email to the white-list, but it would be nice to have that working as expected.
