Avast Email Server Security for Exchange 2016 - Mails blocked

Dear Forum users,

We have proposed and sold to one of our customers the “Email Server Security product”.
The goal is to secure and protect a server exchange 2016, under Windows 2016.

The product is installed, a transport connector is active on exchange in position (1). After xx days the product blocked incoming / outgoing mail.

The license is for 3 years and added correctly in console.

To date, no documentation or explanation has been sent to configure the product with exchange. In the console, the Antispam part informs us that the exchange does not run.
I uninstalled the product to be able to manage the mails.

How to rotate and parameterize the purchased product?

No support answers us, how to be helped on this product.

A sales representative asked us to install “Avast Business Antivirus Pro 2018 for MS EXchange” but we do not have a license.
