I am having a hard time getting the admin console to see the desktop clients. For the heck of it I turned off the firewall on the server and the desktop and they still wouldn’t link up. The icon next to the computer name in the console is grey. I have like 3 out of like 300 computers that have a green icon next to the computer name in the console. There is no difference between them. I have installed the desktop client on them manually. I didn’t push them out through the admin console. Not sure what else to do?

Had to enable network discovery on the client and deploy the client again from console.
