Hello,
We have recently updated our SOA to version 1.3.3.89 in our organization so we could deploy new managed client which support Windows 10, however we have a problem with Avast Endpoint Protection Suite managed client (v 8.0.1606) installation.
The managed client installation is part of FirstLogonScripts that apply to our image after deployment and we have found that the total time it takes a whopping 16 minutes from running the executable to installation being completed.
I’ve tried to examine the setup.log and found that the setup is doing nothing in total of 12 minutes. Here is an excerpt from the log:

After the installation, the client seems to connect to SOA, download updates and communicate as it should. However both the setup and SOA thinks that this is a Windows 8 computer… I don’t know if this is a problem though.

Could you please provide any solution to these timeouts? Without waiting the installation would complete is 3 or 4 minutes.
Any help appreciated.
Thanks!
Michal
