Avast error

I just installed Avast Premium, and it pops up that when I go to settings - apps allowed or blocked - add, Avast closes. The same thing happens if I try to add apps so as not to disturb,the interface is closed with Avast ui error.

It’s a fresh installation and I’m already trying to repair… any idea?

  • Which AV(s) did you use before Avast…?

Latest version of Avast,
Windows 10 fully updated.
I had Mcafee. total and complete uninstallation
I have premium Malwarebytes, with all exclusions, also try to disable and close it

I’ll leave the screenshot to you, but all that happens is that after that screen in a few seconds, Avast closes the screen and won’t let me add any apps manually.

If Avast adds it, if I can delete or edit it, but I can’t add it. nor in the do not disturb section, it happens the same

  1. Enable debug logging (Menu > Settings > General > Troubleshooting > Enable debug logging) and reproduce the issue.

Ok, I’ll forward it.

Today I rechecked, and for no apparent reason, those options work and Avast doesn’t close :-X . After several days without working, it seems that everything works…I will check one day or two more and comment
