Do you have Kaspersky installed ? looks like avast detected another antivirus on your computer and you cant have two AV’s on the one system.
as Craig already said…no surprise when installing mutiple AV. 
this will give you a slow machine, mysterious windows errors and false detections

if you want a extra scanner, use Malwarebytes. www.malwarebytes.org
to make sure all conflicting files are gone, run removal tool for the AV you uninstall
tools found here. http://singularlabs.com/uninstallers/security-software/
