Avast false positive

Hi,

I’ve submitted a false positive report last week and I’d like to know if there is any way to know the ETA on it / speed up the process.

Several our users have indicated that avast is detecting our app as a malware.

Is it possible to have a timeframe between submitting the ticket and our ticket being reviewed ?

Hi, the timeframe often differs, at the moment we have no tool to inform the users when their ticket is supposed to be processed, thanks for understanding.
