For more than a week I am waiting for someone to reply to my false-positive report. I reported that at https://www.avast.com/en-us/false-positive-file-form.php but I never got a confirmation e-mail. Is someone working on false-positive alerts or is it just a fake webpage? Currently, my customers who are using your software are affected by these alerts, and is hurting our business.
