Avast Firewall - 21st June - Strange Issue

Since the 21st of June, I’ve noticed my Blizzard Launcher doesn’t launch anymore unless Avast Firewall is off.
Since the 21st of June, I’ve noticed that (according to my Firefox Health Report), it takes 20 seconds for my browser to start, but it’s instant when Avast Firewall is off.

Since the 21st of June, I’ve noticed it takes almost a minute for my Outlook to connect to the POP3 servers to obtain mail.

Something happened on the 21st and I’m not sure what it was, but I’d like to be able to reset my firewall application rules or some sort.

Can I get a hand with this? Thanks.

I’ve ran a repair to the Avast installation and disabled/uninstalled some “extras” that it came with (such as GrimeFighter, Browser Clean Up etc etc, everything I don’t use).

I then went through some of my Avast installation options and messed around with the Firewall permissions, I had to change my default rules (for some reason they were changed) to use seperate rules for each application with “auto-decide” mode for both low and high risk.
