I’ve been searching around trying to find a solution to this. With Avast firewall enabled, I am able to connect to my PC using Smart View, however it just shows up as a blank screen. When disabling my firewall it works. I’m sure there’s some setting that is being blocked but cant figure out what is messing up. I don’t need a link on how to create an exception, I need to figure out what setting is blocking the mirrored screen from actually showing up with Airserver.

NOTE: The Network profiles control the settings which determine how strictly Firewall protects your PC.
Private: A lower level of security suitable for when your PC is connected to a trusted network such as your home or work network.
This profile enables better connectivity, and permits all communication within the network.
Public: A higher level of security suitable for when your PC is connected to a public network such as in a cafe or airport.
Because public networks present greater security risks, no incoming communication is permitted when this profile is set.

Yeah I already have the connection set to private but no luck unfortunately.
I’m now looking at testing custom packet rules for AirServer.exe and AirServer Universal by setting EVERYTHING to allow In/Out for TCU/UDP, but still the same thing. I think it’s another app rule thats actually causing this right now, but no clue what it could actually be…
3/9/2019 4:16:38 PM 0 0.0.0.0 8008 TCP In C:\Program Files\App Dynamic\AirServer\AirServer.exe Public Tcp/Udp In Block
Even with everything set to allow all, I’m still getting this as something blocked…
