In case of network attack, does the firewall report the source of the attack (computer name or IP) and can avast firewall isolate the source of attack on other machines.

hey and welcome to the forum. if i get your question right. avast will pop up if anything is suspicious or malware related. i think so to one network attacks. someone have to confirm this i’m is using the free version here.
