Hi Ondrej (VLK),

I would like to what is actually happened with my OS with AIS 5.0.462?

Here’s i attached my computer device manager which i found this morning, and i didn’t found the same things happened at my workmate machines.

And why from my existing avast 5.0.462 doesn’t able upgrade to new one?

Nothing reply from ALWIL team, i don’t why from ALWIL team recently their support not really good than previous one?

Maybe they have a heavy workload in their office.

This case you may closed, because after i upgrade the program become 5.0.504.
