How come Avast’s firewall fails this test https://www.grc.com/lt/leaktest.htm but zonealarm free passes.
Probably because the test is useless and developers focus on what matters instead. Regarding that site, ditto for their ShieldsUp and “true stealth” test. Kindly refer to my rant posted over 5 years ago elsewhere. Looked again, still the same nonsense/FUD being spread by Mr. Gibson. Ridiculous.

Odd thing is that my windows firewall passed this a few months ago and now fails.
Comodo firewall fails also.
I’ve only tried it with Avast,Windows and Zonealarm firewalls and Zonealarm is the only one to pass.
So the bottom line is this firewall tester is rubbish.
