Avast Firewall is not showing in windows action center. I tried to uninstall and reinstall avast premium, repair the WMI Repository, repair avast premium through settings and have no luck.
I have to mention that even avast console shows that the firewall is active, is not working. Any suggestions?
As long as Avast says it’s working, it’s working no matter Windows Action Center says. WAC just shows what is registered onto them; why registraion fails is unknown to me though.
Or do you have any signs that Avast firewall is actually not working?
I don’t use Avast’s firewall, but I would definitely prefer that it be registered in the Windows Security Center, same way it does for the Antivirus.
Are you looking in the right place.
it doesnt show on main page but if you click on domain, private or public its there.
it doesnt mention firewall by name but avast antivirus but shows below microsoft firewall not active as using other provider.
if yours doesnt show this last bit then no idea what could be causing it.
