The latest update of definition file has flagged wizmo.exe which is a tiny program by Steve Gibson that has been in use for years.

Avast needs to fix this false positive.

the file, that can be downloaded from that URL is not detected in VPS 100128-0. If it is still detected on you computer, please send us (virus@avast.com) the file an put “False positive” to subject.

Sorry for wrong posting. I sent the file and then installed the newest file from Gibson’s web site. I removed from exclusion list, and the new file was not flagged. Not just my machine, as several people have called me regarding this. Has only occurred since last definition update, and occurs on 4.8 and 5.0 versions alike.
