Avast for Business (education / freeware)

Hello!
I’m not sure if this is the right place for the question, so please tell me the correct place if I need to move it

I have set up notifications in my dashboard ( business.avast.com) and have yet to receive any emails.

I have verified notifications are active, checked my profile and email address.

Can anyone help?

Are there notifications in the account ?

yes, when I log into the dashboard, there are notices regularly, I just do not receive any emails with the notices

Have you whitelisted @avast.com with any mail server antispam services and checked your spam/junk folders?

Try temporarily inviting a new Administrator that has an email address outside your organization (eg with a gmail account or something).
