AVast for Kerio - problem with Kerio WinRoute firewall

Hi,

I have bought licenses for using avast! for kerio. I’m useing Kerio Mailserver(KMS 5.1.10) as a mailserver and kerio winroute firewall (KWF 6.0.8) as a firewall and proxy server.

There was no problem to use avast on kerio mail server, but when I chose to use external antivirus (avast) in KWF there is an error:

“Antivirus plugin initialization error.
Error: Avast initializing error #152”

I have also tryed to use avast only on KWF, but everything is still not working (same error).

Any help?

The 152 error code means “licensing problem”.

The rule here is that the Kerio product number of licenses must be smaller or equal to the number of avast licenses (i.e. for instance if KWF is for 20 users, avast for Kerio must also be (at least) for 20 users).

The KMF & KWF licenses are not summed. I.e. it’s OK to have KMS for 20 users, KWF for 20 users, and avast for 20 users (not 40).
