AVAST forum login/register need to use VPN

Hi, anyone know what causing this? whenever i try to login to login page or register page, the page wont load. this is not a problem before because i already post 2 3 times in here. i can access other page on AVAST forum just fine. only the login/register page wont load.

ill attach what firefox page show after i waiting till the load finish, right now im using vpn to access this, wondering if this happened to anyone else or not?

Try the following:

  • Firefox is announcing a failed secure connection using a normal connection. Try running WiFi Inspector. Fix any issues found.
  • Reset your router/modem. Any change?
  • If you are connecting from a country that is banned, then avast has to obey the rules and deny connections.

I’ve had the forum announce a permanent ban on a IP I was using via VPN connection in the past.
