Avast found trojans Gappusin and ELF- wants to delete Gmail

I have a Samsung G3 with Free Avast. A scan found 1 problem with Gmail program - Androiad Gappusin - BQ [Trj] and when I click on Resolve it asks if I want to go back to Factory version. Then a 2nd problem was found: potentially unwanted program (ELF:Lootor-G [PUP]) Should I ignore?
