Avast found this 2 things:
5160 Sign of “Win32:Ciadoor-80 [Trj]” has been found in “C:\System Volume Information_restore{B1BF8D0C-BC10-47F6-B33A-9553C6574C35}\RP278\S0118719.Acl” file.

5160 Sign of “Mirage-727-B” has been found in “C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP” file.

And i have big problems with the system, data are deleted, or not readable.
but i do not find some information about Win32:Ciadoor-80 [Trj] and Mirage-727-B

can anybody help?

Please download, install, update and run scans with the following free programs:

CCleaner:

http://www.ccleaner.com/ (No need to update this one.)

(Make sure you have the Windows>System>Memory Dumps option ticked: this will get rid of the MEMORY.DMP file.)

AVG Anti-spyware (requires Win2k/XP):

a-Squared Free:

Ad-Aware:

Spybot Search & Destroy:

When you have finished, follow these steps to remove infected System Restore points:

  1. Create a clean system Restore point:

  1. Delete all previous System Restore points:
