Please download, install, update and run scans with the following free programs:

CCleaner:

(Make sure you have the Windows>System>Memory Dumps option ticked: this will get rid of the MEMORY.DMP file.)

AVG Anti-spyware (requires Win2k/XP):

Ad-Aware:

Spybot Search & Destroy:

When you have finished, follow these steps to remove infected System Restore points:

  1. Create a clean system Restore point:

  1. Delete all previous System Restore points:
