I just clean install it, after reboot it using high cpu, how to solve?

it might be the initial scan. Can you please go to Scan->Scan for viruses->History to see if it’s there and how long it lasted?
Only start up scan, 3 mins.
And AvastSvc still eat my CPU.

Restarted pc several times, but CPU usage still high.

That’s definitely not normal… Please try Repair.
Go to Windows Control panel-> Programs and features ->Avast->double clicl->Repair.
Restart PC.
