Hello
Since my last update from avast 8 to avast 2014, I got a time-out issue using the remote assistance.
Near the 4th minute (+/- 30"), the connexion ended without control. For my part, the “remoted” screenview froze during a few seconds, then the connexion vanished.
Is this a new limitation for Free Version ? Cause, I can’t do anything in so short time for the remoted pc. :-
My pc and the remoted one are both under winXP SP3 with the last avast update.
EDIT : Great ! It lasted only 17 sec this morning ! What could I do ?
