Avast Free 6.0.xxxx + ati3duag.dll +windows 7 BSOD

Hello
I’ve got old Compaq nx7010 with Windows 7 onboard.
All working propably but I have to use old ATI drive version 6.14.
After avast installed, BSOD problem was stared. Each time when I started divx, any video on web page system made BSOD.
Information in this BSOD : ati3duag.dll made a problem.

When I disable avast, all working propably, the same situation with AVG antivir.
No problem with ESET and Microsoft.

There is any possibillity to check why it working in this way ?

here link to ATI driver which working with this computer ( it is dedicated for Win XP, but 7 work propably )

Do you have any recent minidumps (corresponding to the bluescreens) in C:\Windows\Minidump folder?

Not at this moment. I had kernel dump.
Maybe in 2-3 days I will reinstall antivirus system, and just create mini dump.
Thx for reply

Well, kernel dump is better than a minidup - so if you still have it…

After installation of 6.0.1125 all working propably
Thx for all
