Avast Free & Ais sound problem with windows 7 N 64bits

I can not hear voice during the update of the VPS avast and other sounds.

I am under windows 7 64 bit edition N

My sound driver is updated

I hear other sounds

I uninstall and reinstall Avast to no avail

I updated windows 7 KB with the media pack without success.

If someone has an idea

Sorry if it obvious… but are the sounds enabled?

I have the same problem.
Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit.
And yes, Avast sounds are enabled.
