I’ve been using the free version of Avast for a year now but because of ‘almost every day messages’ of AVAST I upgraded to a paid version where I thought I would be protected more. Actually, that’s what it said when I subscribed for Avast internet security. I subscribed for two years which normally costs 103 euro but I got a ‘special’ reduction of 70 euro. After installing I still get a warning that everybody can see what I’m doing on the internet and that I’m not safe when using my online banking…What ??? So what did I pay for ?
Anyway, my question is : Which AVAST subscription do I need to be protected properly and in order to NOT get messages all the time that ‘this or that’ is still not protected.
Actually, I feel a bit ripped off by Avast…I’d paid for something, but than they say, if you want complete protection, you should pay more. Telephone support is not accurate. I call the Netherlands and I’m forwarded to global support (no control at all who I’m talking to) who wants to enter my computer…I didn’t trust this, so I try this way…

Hi Solange, you can disable the ads in the paid versions: Avast GUI → Settings → Personal Privacy
