About a week ago, Avast free Android app started adding a full-page ad to the lock & non-lock screens. I get that ads come with free apps but this is going a bit too far. This is on a Note 4 but my wife’s S7 has not seen this yet. I suspect due to a recent update. Any way to go back to the “regular” ads?
Unfortunately you will have to live with it (or use something else) unless avast is gonna change things or you are gonna pay for avast.
This is the Boost Charging screen – you can disable this feature in the app’s settings if you like (it will show ads while the screen is displayed)
