Does Avast! Free run a firewall?

I ask because I’m wondering if I need to run Windows Firewall or not?

No firewall in avast free. avast internet security have firewall

Yes. You’ll also need a firewall and anti-spyware.

Speaking personally, on my Avast!Free machines I also run Windows Firewall; Windows Defender, and periodically scan with Malwarebytes.
