Avast Free Antivirus 2014 deletes “Protokollmgr.dll” from Banking Software unrecoverable.
How can that be?
Why don’t ask real bad thing because u cant download that dll.
Cant be that this is happen without let me have a chance to get file back.
If it went to Quarantine and i had a chance to get it back that’s OK to me,
but not deleting it with no chance for return file.
I am really disappointed from Avast since yesterday when this did happens.

If a file is detected as being infected it depends on the settings that you as user have chosen what will happen with it.
What exact version of avast do you have?
What is the VPS version?
As what was it detected? (see the log files)

Normally they do, if you haven’t changed the settings or chosen a different fate for it.
