Avast Free Antivirus 2015 Bug Report

Avast Free Antivirus 2015 has a nasty bug. This has never happened before with the previous version (2014).

Key part of the problem:

After turning off all three shields and its restart, web-shield doesn’t turn on. (You can pay attention to the attached screenshot)

So far, the only way out of this situation is to restart the computer, which leads to great inconvenience.
Is there any solution to this problem?
