Hi,
I have tried to install avast free antivirus first but it din’t so i tried to install the trial version of the internet security but that too din’t work all it does is keep rotating i’m attaching a picture to explain the situation, I am running it on a windows 10 machine and it’s offline setup not online. i waited for half an hour for it to complete but it din’t so i restarted the computer and tried again but it did the same! help!
Is any factory preinstalled / previous used AV fully removed?

Okay so i did try kaspersky a couple of days earlier and uninstalled it so i used the kaspersky removal tool, i tried installing it again but the problem still persists mind you i’m installing it on a SSD when i see task manager it is only using 3.8 mb of ram and 0% of disk which is unusual if it’s installing it!

Okay thanks but no thanks community i did resolve the issue all i did was restarted deleted the avast dump in temporary folder and disabled my internet, yes i was installing the offline setup but it is still weird if anyone has this kind of problem this is the method!
