Looking for some advice please I am just installing Avast for a friend on a remote PC using TeamViewer - I do her PC support remotely. She needs my help about 2 - 3 times a year. Most recently AVG was stopping access to Chrome and their support could not fix it so we are trying Avast.
My first question is - do I need to(/can I) set up TeamViewer as an exception to allow remote access without her having to be at the other end? she’s not always around when I’m working so I need that to be ok.
And my second Q is - any known issues with Avast and TeamViewer?
