Avast Free Antivirus, automatic update does not work. It also does not match the system clock when I manually update it. I think it’s adjusted to the Czech time. I searched the forum. But I couldn’t see a solution. Also there is no on-screen keyboard in bank mode. It’s not logical things!

Repair Avast: 1. Avast GUI -> Configuration -> Troubleshooting 2. Click on 'REPAIR APP'. 3. Follow the instructions. 4. Restart.

Thanks but “Auto Update” is a basic function. I can’t work for it. This should be done by the program. I think I’ll continue with another software.

My system auto updated. You had a problem. We’ve given you 2 options to fix the problem.
It’s your choice as to apply the fix or not. Stay safe.
If you decide to switch to another AV, remember that you need to totally remove Avast before you install another AV.

I’ve been informed by Avast that they are linking into the issue but it may take some time.

Thank you :slight_smile: I have solved the problem by installing AVG Free Antivirus. I guess some settings remained the same after AVG was purchased. It’s like a zone and a clock.
