Avast Free Antivirus Password not recognised?

Happy new year people. Your expertise is most appreciated.

I am trying to log on to Avast Free Antivirus. I insert my password for my https://account.avast.com/ but it says password is invalid.

Is there any way of resolving the problem? Thank you.

Thanks. Well I used my reset password for Avast account and used it in the Avast Free antivirus software. Unfortunately it still wasn’t recognised…
