avast free antivirus program protection

I have Avast Free Antivirus 22.3.6008 (build 22.3.7108.528). In the past, I was able to find a setting that would let me modify Avast services or startup items. I think it was called “program protection.” Do I have ability to toggle this in 22.3.6008 (build 22.3.7108.528) and where is that toggle located?

Menu> Settings> Protection> Find Core Shields
From here you can select to start or not each shield.
