I have got the latest Avast free antivirus+windows 7 ultimate+uttorent. utorrent has inserted exceptions to windows firewall. utorrent tests fails each time I do them. I tried to deactivate windows firewall+avast antivirus but the problem persists. I also have TP-link router which enables Upnp and set uttorent to use Upnp too. When I had windows xp+old version of avast free antivirus+old version of uttorent using the same port, it worked perfectly. I can’t figure out what is wrong. Any suggestions ?
utorrent test failed quite a time here. So, its not a matter of concern as long as it is downloading data in full speed, given the seeders are good.
Anyway, since you tried disabling firewall and avast, it cannot be held that the problem is caused by AV or FW. So, a good place would be to ask this in utorrent forum.
