Avast Free Antivirus Windows Bug

Hi everyone,
I have some problems with my avast. I have 2 os which is linux (pardus 2011.2) and windows 7 with grub boot loader. When i was programming startup scan, avast passing scan and opening windows. I think it’s about linux’s GRUB settings. Avast wants to open own boot sector but GRUB is killing it and opening list of my operating systems list.
If i am a first reporter about that bug i want to get a free pro license key of avast  Thanks avast developer team  If you can do this it will be awesome
Thanks for free antivirus…

I’m not sure if you mean the avast boot-time scan (before windows opens), if so I don’t know if it works in a dual boot mode even if it is dual boot for different windows versions (less so if this is related to GRUB boot loader).

Not sure if something like this might have been discussed in the avast! for Linux/Unix forum, http://forum.avast.com/index.php?board=36.0.

The boot-time scan doesn’t need/modify the boot sector in any way, it’s not started that early.
It’s started by Windows itself, according to a registry key - the same way the disk check is.

So I don’t think it’s related to the boot loader…
